03/77 Systems Engineer Degree, Moscow Aviation Institute (of Technology),
USSR. Thesis Topic: Optimization of resources distribution with storage
constraints.

EMPLOYMENT
Since 1991 - Assistant, then Associate Professor at Northeastern
State University in Oklahoma. This appointment is at both College
of Business & Industry and College of Mathematics & Sciences.
During the fall of 1995 through the exchange program taught at Tec.
De Monterey (ITESM) in Guadalajara, Mexico.
